The Space
Pattern House Ballarat is a modern town house, beautifully furnished and situated in a quiet, off-street location with parking for two cars.
Downstairs is open plan and comprises a spacious, comfortable lounge/kitchen/dining area with all the facilities you'll need including an adjoining laundry/powder room.
Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with ensuite, walk-in-robe and adjacent study. Two other bedrooms share use of the main bathroom (including bath) and a separate toilet.
We offer Wi-Fi, a smart TV, piano, a courtyard garden and rear patio with an outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. Through a concealed back gate, you'll find easy access to the lake for a morning walk. This will be a godsend for parents with children needing to burn energy at the wonderful nearby playground within the park, literally 2 minutes walk away!
